RENTING YOUR OWN OFFICE
Another option available within the Smart City is to lease your own offices on a long-term basis, with a minimum area of 15 square meters. These four offices are located on the first floor of 'Fangourin' and come with shared facilities with The Office, including toilets, a bathroom, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Office tenants can also, if necessary, occasionally take advantage of the co-working space offering (for example, renting a meeting room on an ad-hoc basis). A parking space and an electric vehicle charging point are also available.
